Change is an Inside Job.

Most people know what needs to happen—they struggle with how to make it happen.

I help you uncover and reshape the underlying patterns that limit you, so insight becomes lived change, not just understanding

I’m Kristin.

I work with people who want clarity, relief, and meaningful change.

Many people arrive with persistent self-doubt, anxious thought patterns, depression, or relationship dynamics that no longer make sense to them. They are often thoughtful, capable, and outwardly functional — yet internally caught in cycles they can see but can’t seem to interrupt.

My background spans clinical psychology and organizational leadership. What I’ve learned across both settings is that the same internal patterns operate everywhere. What shows up internally as anxiety, low mood, or self-criticism shapes how you relate at home and at work. It’s there in how you lead, respond under pressure, avoid, and imagine what’s possible.

I work with you to understand and address those patterns directly — whether through psychotherapy, leadership coaching, or organizational consulting. At the core, I help people stop working against themselves and begin moving with more intention, flexibility, and agency.

Ways of Working

Psychotherapy

I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, persistent self-doubt, and relationship patterns that create distance, strain, or a sense of limitation.

Many people come to therapy after years of functioning well on the outside while feeling internally constrained, disconnected, or stuck in familiar cycles.

We focus on understanding the internal patterns shaping how you respond, connect, and move through the world to create meaningful, lasting change.

Leadership & Organizational Consulting

I work with leaders and organizations navigating complexity, pressure, and change. This includes challenges around decision-making, emotional reactivity, relational dynamics, and the often unseen patterns that shape leadership behavior and organizational culture.

This work is grounded in psychological insight that helps leaders and teams develop clarity, emotional agility, and more effective ways of responding under pressure — in service of performance, trust, and long-term effectiveness.
